My education and training in trauma therapy has led me to a practice of whole-self wellness. We will utilize tools from many therapeutic approaches. I am a collaborative therapist, and believe the best outcomes occur when there is a strong relationship between myself and my client.
Anticipating a first session can cause anxiety, so I want to let folks know that we will just have a conversation about what is bringing you to therapy now, and discuss any goals or fears about the process. And we'll probably laugh some, too!
