Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Hannah. I work with adults coping with anxiety, trauma, and tough life transitions such as grief, divorce, or adjustments to relationship changes and parenting struggles. I also work with teen girls in high school to navigate social stress, improve self-esteem, and learn healthy emotional regulation strategies.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and flexible. I use a mix of approaches—including CBT, ACT, family systems, and always a trauma-informed lens—but what matters most to me is finding what works best for you. I always tailor my approach to fit your unique needs and preferences.

What you can expect from me

In our initial sessions, we’ll focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship, exploring your current challenges, and developing a collaborative, step-by-step plan for growth and healing. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I’m here to walk alongside you.

It’s an honor to be invited into your story, and I am passionate about creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued.
