Great to meet you!

You might be looking for a therapist who is warm, curious, and direct — someone who can sit with you in the hard moments while also offering honest feedback and a little humor when it helps. If that sounds right, you may feel we are a great fit.

I work best with clients who are motivated to self‐reflect and open to exploring patterns. Together, we look at the full picture of your life — your strengths, your stressors, your relationships, and the parts of your story that still feel heavy. My style is collaborative: we work as a team to help you build resilience, regulate emotions, and practice acceptance while still working to grow.

My approach to therapy

My specialty areas include Reproductive Mental Health (infertility, peripartum and postpartum concerns, perimenopause, menopause), Men’s Mental Health, and Grief. I also frequently support clients navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, burnout, caregiving stress, and the unique pressures faced by first responders.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect that we will start get to know each other, answer plenty of questions, go over expectations, and see what your overall goals for therapy are!
