Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Hannah Ashley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from the Garland School of Social Work at Baylor University. With 10 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with Division I collegiate athletes as well as children and adolescents in public school settings. My goal is to create a supportive and effective therapeutic space where you can build resilience, develop coping strategies, and work toward your personal and professional goals.

My approach to therapy

I support clients through life’s challenges, whether it’s navigating transitions, managing job stress, strengthening relationships, building self-esteem, enhancing sport performance, or coping with anxiety and depression. I take an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, MI, and EMDR. Above all, I strive to create a supportive and effective space where you can build resilience, develop coping strategies, and reach your personal and professional goals.

What you can expect from me
