Great to meet you!

I received my Masters degree from the University of Arizona and have been practicing for 8+ years. I help adults of all ages struggling with stress, anxiety, life transitions and relationship issues. My goal is to help you become the best versions of yourself. I utilize several different modalities because each person is unique; I spend a lot of time getting to know you so I can make sure I'm using the most effective approaches.

My approach to therapy

I bring a client-centered approach and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as mindfulness techniques to help you reach your goals. I will come alongside you during your lows and cheer you on during your highs. I believe in the importance of laughter and creating a safe environment for you to make progress towards your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, expectations for therapy, and I'll answer any questions you have in hopes to help alleviate any fears or concerns. We will then dive into the specific challenges you're facing, as well as the goals you hope to accomplish. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
