Great to meet you!

I received my doctorate in clinical psychology in 2018. I have practiced in a variety of settings since that time in both therapy and assessment services. I specialize in working with adults and older adults in the areas of trauma (ranging from severe or chronic trauma to highly stressful experiences), relationship issues, stress, attachment, anger, anxiety, depression, and caregiving. My specialization lies in helping clients navigate their personal narratives, struggles, and behaviors. I am a part of PsyPact and can see clients in over 40 US states. *At this time I work with individuals clients and not couples or families.

My approach to therapy

Whether you're just starting to explore the roots of your pain or have been on this journey for a while, my approach is flexible. I'll adapt to meet you where you are, tailoring techniques to your needs. Together, we'll weave a coherent narrative, untangling the intricacies of your experiences. We'll delve into aspects like attachment, thought patterns, and various facets of your identity. We can integrate practical techniques and coping skills to improve your well-being and overall functioning.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, I'm all about accepting and understanding you. We'll blend brainpower and feelings, diving into things together to get to the root of what's going on—not just the surface stuff. I'll tailor our approach to fit your specific challenges, meeting you where you are. Let's navigate this journey towards wellness together.
