Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Hannah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy helping my clients navigate life's challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. I have worked with many different clients facing many different challenges - from children struggling with school refusal to adults who have substance use disorders. I have specialized training in substance use disorder treatment and child/adolescent therapy, and will always tailor my approach to meet clients' unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I believe in using a collaborative, strengths-based approach and strive to maintain unconditional positive regard with my clients. I enjoy helping my clients recognize patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that may (or may not!) be serving them, and empowering them to use their strengths to create the life that they want.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I hope to create a non-judgmental, welcoming space for you to share what has led you to seek therapy. We may also discuss what you'd like to get out of therapy and how we can work together to achieve that. Above all else, I want to create a space where you can feel comfortable and supported.
