Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed therapist with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, and I’m passionate about helping teens and adults find relief from anxiety, depression, and the weight that life can bring. My goal is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to be yourself, explore concerns and start to heal at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported just as you are.

I integrate a mix of evidence-based and holistic techniques—like CBT, DBT, EFT tapping, bilateral stimulation, mindfulness, expressive arts, and somatic practices—to support both emotional and physical well-being. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, helping you build practical tools for coping, reconnect with yourself, and move through anxiety, depression, or trauma with compassion and care. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and at peace in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can begin to feel comfortable and truly heard. We’ll take time to get to know each other—you can share what’s been going on, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask some questions about your background, current challenges, and any symptoms you’ve been experiencing to help me better understand your story and begin forming a clinical picture or diagnosis.

This first session is also about building trust and connection. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at your pace. Together, we’ll start setting goals for therapy and discuss what approaches might best support you. By the end of the session, my hope is that you’ll leave feeling seen, supported, and a little more hopeful about the path ahead.
