Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a licensed therapist with analytic training and a deep love for helping people reclaim their voice, especially those navigating trauma, identity, or spiritual awakening. My work weaves together relational therapy, Jungian archetypes, and somatic awareness. I’m based in California and offer virtual sessions for adult individuals seeking clarity, healing, and wholeness.

My approach to therapy

My style is intuitive, collaborative, and gently challenging. I listen deeply and help you listen to yourself—even the parts you’ve pushed away. Whether you’re rebuilding after a rupture or stepping into something new, I work with you to create a grounded, sacred space for growth. I often integrate dreams, parts work, embodiment, and ancestral wisdom when helpful.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more self-aware, less alone, and more connected to their inner strength. I'm here for practical guidance and goal-setting too, or mind-body interventions like EMDR. Our work will help you name what matters, navigate stuck patterns, and find steady footing in life’s messier moments. You can expect an atmosphere of warmth, insight, and real conversation—where all of you is welcome. (A note on bookings: please schedule a diagnostic session as the first point of contact if you plan to use medical insurance. You will need a qualifying diagnosis to proceed.)
