Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Hannah, I'm glad that you are here. I work with both adolescents and adults experiencing toxic stress, responses to trauma, life transitions, and personal development. I am very passionate about women's issues and helping females utilize their strength to move past any day to day struggles.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical, compassionate approach to therapy. I’ve experienced life both as someone seeking support and as a provider, so I understand what it’s like to navigate challenges. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive space for you. I have a gentle way about me, but I’m also straightforward. I care deeply about mental health and wellness, and I take the work we do together seriously. I believe that being honest with ourselves, radically honest, can be one of the most powerful tools for growth, healing, and self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

I am a trauma-informed provider. In our sessions, I use a person-centered approach, which means I follow your pace, honor your goals, and support you in the way that works best for you. I also integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help develop emotional skills, manage stress, and improve relationships. I believe that everything can be learned—including how we perceive ourselves and how we connect with others. Sometimes, we simply don’t know what we don’t know. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, beliefs, and triggers, helping you tap into the inner strength you already have to heal. Book a session with me through my calendar.
