Great to meet you!

I lead with warmth, insight, and empathy — traits that have shaped not only how I connect with others, but how I help them reconnect with themselves. With a deep belief in the power of emotional safety and authentic presence, I’ve built a personal and professional life centered around compassionate leadership, grounded resilience, and intuitive support. Those who know me best describe me as someone who brings calm to chaos and light to heavy moments. I listen carefully, reflect deeply, and engage with people in a way that makes them feel truly seen, not just heard. Whether I’m working one-on-one or in group settings, my approach is guided by emotional intelligence, relational awareness, and a strong sense of purpose.I believe strength looks like staying soft in a world that hardens people, and that leadership can and should feel like care.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who is in your corner—someone who will celebrate your victories, sit with you through difficult moments, and gently challenge you when you're ready for growth.

I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity. I understand that healing isn't linear, and I work to create a space where clients don't have to earn acceptance before they begin to change. Together, we'll identify strengths, process difficult experiences, and build practical skills that support lasting change.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and incorporates CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, play therapy techniques, and strengths-based interventions. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, grief, and relationship stress.

Above all, I want clients to leave therapy feeling more connected to themselves, more confident in their abilities, and hopeful that meaningful change is possible.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it's completely normal to feel nervous or unsure of what to expect.

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and any questions or concerns you may have. You'll have the opportunity to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with—there's no pressure to tell your entire life story on day one.

We'll also discuss your strengths, important relationships, current stressors, and what you hope life will look like as we work together. I'll explain my approach to therapy, answer any questions about the process, and collaborate with you to begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and achievable.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and heard. Therapy is a partnership, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. By the end of our first session, you'll have a better understanding of what working together can look like and a plan for the next steps on your journey toward healing and growth.
