Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked in high acuity treatment for roughly 5 years. Half of those years have been focused on adolescent treatment, with the other half focusing on adults. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that people are capable of creating positive changes in their lives when they feel heard, understood, and respected.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person has the innate ability to grow, heal, and thrive when given the right support. While I provide a supportive and compassionate environment, I also believe in the power of gentle challenge. Drawing from a humanistic and client-centered perspective, I work collaboratively with you to uncover your inner strength and potential. My role is to listen deeply, offer empathy, and provide gentle guidance as you work toward greater self-awareness and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In my sessions, I create an environment that balances warmth and compassion with a direct, empathetic approach. While the work can be challenging, I offer a space where clients feel understood and supported yet encouraged to face tough realities. My tone is straightforward, when necessary, always infused with humility, so clients feel comfortable and safe as they navigate their personal growth and challenges.
