Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with adults, young adults, teens, and children navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficult past experiences. I believe meaningful growth happens when you feel safe, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can show up as you are, better understand what you’re experiencing, and feel more confident moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I take time to understand you as a whole person and what you need from therapy, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on your needs, I may draw from EMDR, parts work, nervous system and body-based practices, practical coping strategies, and play-based approaches with younger clients. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. I’ll help guide the conversation as we explore what has been feeling difficult, what you hope will change, and what support might be most helpful. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about our next steps together.
