Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you're here! Are you apprehensive about starting therapy? You don't have to be bought in & it's okay to be afraid, you just have to be willing to show up and try. I have special training in treating trauma, substance use and eating disorders but would consider myself a generalist, interested and excited in treating a wide variety of concerns. I enjoy working with individuals and couples. I see ages 12 and up, in-person and virtually, with afternoon & Saturday availability.

My approach to therapy

I combine a cognitive approach with a somatic one, so thinking and feeling to work to get to the root of struggles and help develop practical solutions. I also mix in DBT skills and am certified in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).

What you can expect from me

I like to say I'm the "unbiased third party". I'm truly here for you to be able to say anything out loud. Therapy is here to help heal a hurt and salt only hurts a wound. If you’re interested in discovering where the wound came from, looking for wound care or a combination of the two, reach out and let’s talk about ways I can help.
