I graduated from Yale School of Nursing in 2011. I own Delong Psychiatric Services PLLC and also practice at VA Boston Healthcare System serving military veterans and families. I previously work at UW-Madison University Health services serving undergraduate and graduate students. I also serve as Assistant Coach for U.S. Women's National Sled Hockey Team.

My approach to therapy

I provide high-quality, patient-centered, trauma-informed, recovery focused and evidenced-based medication therapy for adults with general mental health concerns (depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD). I also provide brief psychotherapy in combination with medication evaluations.
