Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist committed to creating a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and aspirations. I work to find the balance between guiding my clients to discover their own insights while equipping them with impactful coping skills to improve their overall well-being. I take a special interest in working with individuals who are navigating anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and new motherhood.

My approach to therapy

I use a supportive narrative practice, allowing clients to openly process their experiences and gain insight into their present season of life. I blend my approach according to the client’s unique needs - utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address the impact that the client’s thoughts and beliefs have on their emotional state, with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to gain space and encourage overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to ensure that each client I work with leaves their session feeling deeply understood and less weighed down. I work with my clients to learn aligned coping skills that they can implement in their day to day life.
