Great to meet you!

I have experience working with clients of all ages facing life adjustments, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and relationship difficulties. I have been working as a therapist since 2022 and served as a mentor for college students before that! I am passionate about helping others experience peace and freedom in their own lives. I have additional training in EMDR, TF-CBT, Farm Stress, and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

You are unique and so should be your therapy. I utilize an integrative approach to discover together what is best for you! We will look at thoughts and behaviors that are in the way of your personal growth and self-acceptance. Let's work to identify and focus on your strengths, change unhealthy thinking patterns, tackle challenging decisions, maintain healthy relationships, cope with difficult realities, and heal from emotional pain.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe you have the strength and knowledge to discover solutions for what you are struggling with. I am here to help you identify and explore those solutions while challenging and supporting you. Counseling can be hard work but I like to have fun along the way. My hope is that counseling is a space where you feel safe to be exactly who you are without judgement. There is no need to have it all figured out in our sessions. It is a place to grieve, wrestle, learn, grow, and celebrate!
