Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Hannah Drummond, LPCC. I provide individual, LGBTQIA+ and culturally affirming therapeutic services to those aged 14 and older who live within the state of California.

I support adults and teens seeking help with both acute and complex trauma, with a specialization in childhood trauma - including but not limited to neglect, emotional, physical, sexual abuse, witnessing abuse and domestic violence, as well as experiences related to attachment disruptions.

I address a variety of concerns for both teens and adults, including life adjustments and changes, depression, anxiety and sexual issues (sexual reactivity, sexual offending, pornography addiction).

My approach to therapy

I approach my work through both a trauma and attachment lens, which allows me to look deeper than the surface symptoms and get to the root of why you may feel stuck. I am an eclectic therapist trained in multiple therapeutic approaches and integrate techniques from various modalities to best suit the unique needs of each individual. I am informed by person centered and humanistic therapy and my intervention modalities include CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a first session that feels collaborative, supportive, and paced to their comfort. I take time to understand what’s bringing you in, your history, and what you hope to shift, while also beginning to identify patterns that may be contributing to your mental health. We will then set goals and create a plan that supports meaningful, sustainable change.
