Great to meet you!

I’m a board certified Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Throughout my practice I put a lot of care into creating a supportive space while integrating thoughtful, up-to-date approaches to healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented while also focusing on practical tools for lasting change. I help clients better understand patterns, emotions, relationships, and nervous system responses so they can feel more grounded and connected in their daily lives. I integrate approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, CBT, and trauma-informed care depending on each client’s unique needs. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and able to show up authentically without judgment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they can begin sharing their story at their own pace. In the first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, current challenges, important background experiences, and what you hope to gain from the process. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, understood, and collaboratively begin identifying patterns, goals, and areas for healing. I also leave space for questions and work to ensure therapy feels personalized to each client’s needs and comfort level.
