Great to meet you!

My ideal clients are adults who feel like they are constantly guessing their way through adulthood. You might be navigating a major life transition—like starting a career, ending a relationship, or moving to a new city—and realizing the blueprint you were given doesn't fit anymore. Many of the people I work with are also carrying the heavy weight of grief, trying to figure out how to move forward when a piece of their world is permanently missing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relaxed, open, and conversational. There is no rigid agenda or clinical stuffiness here. Think of our sessions as a collaborative, grounded space to untangle your thoughts at your own pace, with someone who genuinely hears you.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step to reach out can feel incredibly vulnerable, especially when you are already feeling overwhelmed or carrying the weight of a heavy loss. It is completely normal to feel nervous or to wonder if therapy can actually help change things for you.
