Great to meet you!

I'm a warm, open, and non-judgmental provider, and my goal is to help you live your highest quality of life. I work with adults 18 and older, and I have extensive experience caring for people with mood disorders, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, ADHD, neurodivergence, and a history of self-harm. My background in inpatient psychiatry means I'm comfortable supporting people across a wide spectrum of diagnoses and levels of acuity, including those who have felt dismissed or overwhelmed by past care. Whatever brings you in, you can expect to be met with curiosity and respect rather than judgment.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach that looks at the whole picture of your life, not just a symptom list. That means we'll talk about diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress, relationships, therapy, and medication when it's appropriate, and we'll figure out together which pieces matter most for you right now. I believe treatment works best when it's a collaboration, so every decision we make is a shared one, grounded in clear information about the options, the benefits, and the tradeoffs. My aim is for you to leave each visit understanding the plan and feeling like it actually fits your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and identifying what needs attention most urgently. I'll guide us through a structured interview covering your current symptoms, your psychiatric and medical history, and your day-to-day lifestyle, and we'll set goals together based on what you want your life to look like. From there, we'll talk through treatment options and come to a shared decision with full informed consent. You can expect a quick follow-up within one to two weeks so we can see how things are going and adjust as needed, and we'll keep that closer cadence until you're feeling stable.
