Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Hannah. I support both adults and children in working through anxiety and trauma, especially when past experiences continue to shape how safe, stuck, or overwhelmed they feel in the present, along with overthinking, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I help clients loosen the grip of needing to control every thought, feeling, and outcome so they can experience more freedom, flexibility, and a renewed sense of trust in themselves and greater compassion toward who they are.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical, action-oriented approach while exploring the patterns and experiences that shape your thoughts and behaviors. I meet you where you are, providing support and guidance as you make difficult changes, challenge yourself, and build lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and clarify your goals for our work together. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we’ll start identifying steps to address your challenges and create actionable change.
