Great to meet you!

You don't need to have a clear reason for starting therapy to benefit from it. Sometimes there's no single problem to point to, just a sense that something feels off, overwhelming, or harder than it needs to be. I work with teens and women who want a space to better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and navigate life's challenges with support. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine connection. While I bring clinical expertise and guidance, I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to help you make sense of your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and support you in creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll create a safe, collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are, explore what's on your heart without judgment, and leave with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence in yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. It helps me gain a better understanding of what brought you to therapy, any relevant background information, and what you hope will be different as a result of our work together. If you don't have clear answers to any of those questions yet, that's completely okay. I'll ask specific, targeted questions to better understand your goals and ensure that we're a good fit for one another. This is also your time to ask any questions you may have and share any concerns, hesitations, or thoughts about the therapeutic process. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
