Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Hannah, a Texas-based Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, and family or relationship struggles. I welcome and affirm clients across the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you're a parent looking for support for your child, a teen trying to feel more like yourself, or an adult ready to break old patterns, I want you to feel safe, understood, and never judged for exactly who you are.

My approach to therapy

With younger clients, I use play therapy and sandtray-informed work to meet kids where they naturally communicate. With teens and adults, I draw on DBT for concrete coping skills, Trauma-Focused CBT for trauma, ACT and Attachment-Based work for anxiety, anger, and depression, and ERP for OCD. For couples, I use the Gottman Method. Every plan is tailored to you, never one-size-fits-all, and always delivered without judgment. My goal is helping you build real self-worth and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Our first session starts with getting to know each other and setting goals together, no pressure to have it all figured out. However you identify, whatever you're carrying, I want you to leave feeling heard.
