Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Hannah Heitz, a licensed psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. My background spans both clinical practice and digital mental health innovation, giving me a unique perspective on how therapy can be both deeply personal and widely accessible.

I completed my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and advanced fellowship training as a health psychologist in psycho-oncology and behavioral cardiology, where I worked closely with people managing cancer, cardiovascular disease, chronic illnesses, stress, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, grounded in research, and tailored to each client’s goals—whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, relationships, or building resilience in daily life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to connect deeply and support clients in getting what they need out of psychotherapy, whether it’s building new coping strategies, unlearning unhelpful stories we tell ourselves, or finding a sense of meaning. This starts in the first session, which I will spend getting to know you, understanding what's brought you to therapy, and collaboratively identifying your goals and how we can meet them.
