Great to meet you!

You don't have to navigate healing alone especially when it feels like the world wasn't built with you in mind. I work with individuals, and families who are doing the heavy lifting of unlearning generational patterns, setting boundaries and reclaiming their voice. We'll unpack the layers, family expectations, code-switching, burnout and identity I work with: - People of Color navigating identity, healing, and intergenerational trauma - First- gen clients balancing two worlds - Professionals, creatives and caretakers feeling emotionally overwhelmed or stuck - Clients exploring spirituality, cultural roots or decolonizing wellness

My approach to therapy

As a woman of color and a licensed therapist, I bring both clinical training and lived experience to this space. Therapy with me is real, reflective, and rooted in cultural awareness. My approach is relational, trauma informed, culturally grounded and collaborative. I bring my whole self to sessions and I invite you to do the same, no code switching required

What you can expect from me

Finding a therapist who gets it matters. Healing doesn't always look like stillness. Sometimes it's loud. Sometimes it's laughter. Sometimes it's sitting with grief that's not even yours. I offer a free 15 minute consultation so we can see if we're a good fit - no pressure, no pretense. You set the pace, and I walk with you.
