Great to meet you!

My therapeutic approach is highly effective for youth, young adults, and individuals struggling with goal-setting and making lasting changes in their lives. My communication style is calm, nonjudgemental, and personable.

My approach to therapy

Specializing in both adolescent development and addiction recovery, I combine evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a compassionate, client-centered approach. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young individuals in vulnerable situations, I am committed to helping clients navigate complex emotions, build resilience, and achieve lasting recovery. Although I specialize in working with adolescents, I have experience working with adults as well.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to set clear and attainable goals and work together to achieve whatever you would like to achieve. I want my clients to feel comfortable with opening up and being honest without the fear of being judged and unheard.
