Great to meet you!

I believe reaching out for support is a meaningful first step toward creating positive change. As a warm, compassionate, and welcoming counselor, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self and feel empowered throughout the counseling process. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you feel understood and supported. I use evidence-based, strength-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Counseling, and integrative approaches tailored to your unique needs and goals. I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, borderline personality disorder, substance misuse, relationship concerns, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to counseling, and creating a comfortable, supportive space where you can be yourself. Together, we’ll identify meaningful treatment goals that give us a clear direction and help us measure your progress over time. As we work together, I can help you increase self-awareness, better understand and process your feelings, and develop skills that support lasting, positive change. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
