Great to meet you!

My name is Hannah, and I am a therapist specializing in working with women across the lifespan. I am passionate about supporting women through the unique challenges, transitions, and experiences that can arise at different stages of life.

I began my career studying Women and Gender Studies, Psychology, and Political Science at Southern Methodist University, and went on to obtain my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. My educational background has shaped a holistic and thoughtful approach to therapy, allowing me to consider both individual experiences and the broader systems that impact well-being.

I’ve truly enjoyed being a part of my clients’ journeys toward greater self-understanding, more loving and safe relationships (including the relationship with oneself!) and developing healthy, sustainable routines for coping with life’s complexity. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel encouraged to grow, reflect, and build a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I strive to bring compassion, experience, and thoughtful leadership to my practice. I am committed to creating a supportive environment where clients feel both understood and empowered as they work toward meaningful change.

Through the integration of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Somatic Experiencing (SE), my goal is to help clients engage both the mind and the body. This approach supports the development of practical behavioral coping skills while also fostering a deeper, felt sense of safety and regulation. By working on both levels, we can build resilience, increase self-awareness, and support more lasting, integrated healing.

What you can expect from me

During our first meeting, we'll chat for 15 minutes to start getting to know each other. I'll ask what brings you in for therapy and you'll be welcome to share any details that will help me understand you.

From there, my job is to determine if we might be a good fit for working together. If so, then we'll schedule and move through an intake appointment which allows us both to really expand on what it means to be You, get curious about treatment goals and how to reach them. We'll also create a safety plan because it's important that you always know who you can call if you need help.

From there, therapy really unfolds naturally as we begin to identify patterns, learn new ways of doing things, and celebrate successes.
