Great to meet you!

Life can be difficult, and sometimes we can get overwhelmed or lose our way. As a therapist, I can be a healthy support system to help you achieve emotion regulation by learning ways to control your emotional state and needs in various situations.

I provide comfort in processing unresolved grief and support to you through your past and current traumatic events, and family and couple conflicts by addressing specific issues and improving communication and conflict resolution.

My approach to therapy

Collaboratively with clients, I teach them to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to their emotional distress or problematic behaviors. I empower individuals to effectively manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being by teaching clients to recognize and reframe these thoughts and develop healthier coping strategies. This approach is highly effective for many mental health concerns, making it an essential tool in my therapeutic toolkit.

What you can expect from me

In the first session with me, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they can feel safe to express themselves openly and honestly. We will begin building a collaborative relationship and lay the groundwork for our work together. My goal is to create a supportive and empowering space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.
