Great to meet you!

I’m Hannah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work. I bring a broad range of experience across the full continuum of care, from acute hospital settings to residential programs to outpatient therapy. I’ve worked extensively with individuals navigating eating disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I take a holistic, systems-informed approach, looking at the full context of each client’s life to understand the stressors and supports that shape their mental health. My style is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe in meeting clients where they are while also helping them build practical tools for change.

What you can expect from me

I'm a strong believer in the power of integrating therapy into daily life. Clients can expect to leave sessions with action items, whether that’s a new coping skill, reflection exercise, or behavior strategy, to practice and apply throughout the week. We use the next session to process what came up, deepen insight, and build momentum.
