Great to meet you!

I have been an LPC since September 2024 and have worked with various populations, from adolescents to adults, with depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ Spectrum concerns, addiction, and general life issues. I love counseling because I am able to provide a listening ear and reassurance in the context of my clients' lives. When I'm not counseling, you can find me typically at a concert.

My approach to therapy

My goal with counseling is to make you, the client, feel accepted and welcome to talk about anything that is happening in your life. My approach is to be open-minded, warm, and add some humor here and there to help you feel like the person listening to you cares.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect me to go over the rules and limits of confidentiality first, then ask questions about why the client is seeking counseling services. I'll disclose some information about myself, but primarily focus on you, the client, and your needs. My goal is to make YOU feel comfortable with counseling!
