Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Hannah Kenoyer, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) passionate about supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, social interactions, past trauma, and big life transitions in a way that feels supportive, safe, and personalized.

I have a masters degree from Indiana University and have experience as a school social worker as well as working with youth in residential and the criminal justice system.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe that feeling safe, seen, and heard is the foundation for meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, and I’m trained in EMDR to support clients in processing trauma and stuck experiences. I tailor each session to the individual, working at your pace to explore patterns, build coping skills, and foster self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain stronger emotional awareness, better coping strategies, and improved confidence in handling everyday challenges. Over time, many begin to express their thoughts and feelings more clearly, feel more in control of their emotions, and experience more ease in navigating social and academic settings. My goal is to help each client feel more understood, regulated, and empowered as they grow.
