Great to meet you!

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, I'm so glad you are here - taking this first step in finding support for your wellbeing is often a daunting endeavor! I have been in practice for 7 years now and have worked in a variety of settings, including schools, and community mental health centers with folks across the lifespan. I draw from evidence-based approaches and attachment-based work, while recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I value curiosity, humor, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself—even when life feels messy.

My approach to therapy

My aim is to make therapy a space that feels collaborative, and comfortable through a balance of compassion, curiosity, and gentle challenging. Together, we’ll make space for what you’re navigating, better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful changes that actually fit your life.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationships, life transitions, or simply feeling unsure of what comes next, my goal is for you to feel understood, supported, and more confident in moving forward.

What you can expect from me

In an effort to create a collaborative space, first appointments are typically an opportunity for each individual to tell their story, and what brought them to therapy. From there we can identify goals and create a plan to support how future sessions will take shape to allow us to achieve those goals.
