Great to meet you!

Thank you for stopping by! I am excited to get to know you and begin this beautiful journey of growth. Whether you are starting a new journey or you’re looking to pick up where you left off, I’m glad you stopped by!

It is my passion to work with people, as they challenge themselves to grow and evolve. Many of us experience challenging feelings of depression, anxiety, relationship stress, and stress of dealing with the many transitions of life. At times, these challenging feelings can make us feel alone or isolated from our communities of love and support. I believe that I am here to walk alongside you and provide insight and support as you begin to see yourself grow and reach the goals that you set for yourself. I primarily work from a narrative perspective, but I pull from many different approaches to create a safe and efficient environment for my clients to explore and reflect on themselves and their situations.

My approach to therapy

I see the therapeutic process, as a journey, and I strive to meet my clients where they are. I believe that this process requires a delicate and unique balance of curiosity, humor, challenging the uncomfortable, and reflection on past experiences.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect to review their individual history, relationship history, family history, mental health history, and other relevant information to your story.
