Great to meet you!

I’m a practical, supportive therapist who uses CBT, PCIT, and CBT-I. I focus on helping clients understand their challenges and build real-life skills for anxiety, sleep issues, behavioral concerns, and life stressors. Sessions are structured but collaborative and paced to your needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and skills-based. I use evidence-based therapies including CBT, PCIT, and CBT-I to help clients understand their challenges and build practical tools they can use in daily life. I focus on creating meaningful change through clear goals, increased insight, and real-world strategies.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to get out of it. I’ll ask questions to better understand your concerns, history, and current challenges, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll begin identifying goals and discussing what a plan for treatment could look like.
