Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing trauma-informed anpsychotherapy and a level 3-trained Brainspotting practitioner, I offer my clients 8 years of combined counseling experience working in schools, non-profits, faith-based agencies, and private practice with diverse populations. I specialize in supporting clients to address issues of PTSD/panic and anxiety disorders, depression and related mood disorders, successful management of neurodivergence/ADHD/HSP, grief, and identity.

My approach to therapy

I take an approach that is strength-based, trauma-informed, justice-oriented, and person-centered while focusing on skills building ( positive self-talk, boundaries, and assertive communication), coaching, psychoeducation (holistic healing and functioning for the brain and the body), mindfulness, and self-care.

What you can expect from me

I’ll support you to uncover the patterns of your unhelpful beliefs, underlying emotions, and how you relate with people. We’ll work together to identify your underlying needs and learn to practically live in new and meaningful ways so that you can experience yourself whole, grounded, and connected.
