Great to meet you!

I work with adult individuals and couples to help them create a more authentic and sustainable life through creating a deeper, uncritical understanding of themselves. I work with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity exploration, family conflict, and relationship issues.

I've been a licensed marriage and family therapist since I graduated with my master's degree from The University of Akron's Marriage and Family Therapy graduate program in the spring of 2022. I have been independently licensed as a marriage and family therapist since July 2024.

My approach to therapy

My goal as a clinician is to provide my clients a safe, judgement free space for them to explore the intricate pieces that make up who they are.

In sessions, we break down the previous experiences, both positive and negative, clients have experienced to explore how their lived experiences have impacted their growth and development. I often tell my clients that I think of therapy like an old crime board with the red string linking one photo, suspect, or theory to another. Our lives are a series of events and moments that all connect to form who we are today and why we respond the way we do. It isn’t until we are able to understand ourselves and know ourselves that we can lean into our own authenticity to create a sustainable life for ourselves.

What you can expect from me

To me, the first session is a tool to help me build more understanding of you and your story. It is also about build your sense of comfort and safety in the therapeutic space.
