Great to meet you!

I am glad you're here!

My name is Hannah, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and connection. I provide a warm, collaborative space where we can explore the patterns and dynamics that may be impacting your emotions, relationships, and everyday life. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful goals, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools to help you feel more equipped to manage challenges and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to support, advocate for, and empower my clients as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe in working collaboratively with you to better understand your experiences, identify areas for growth, and develop meaningful strategies to help you reach your goals. My approach incorporates evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you hope to gain from therapy, and any current concerns that feel important to address. I’ll also learn more about your background, relationships, and the patterns that may be influencing your thoughts, emotions, and everyday experiences. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, explore your goals, and begin developing a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. I’ll explain my collaborative approach, which may incorporate family systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused techniques, and I’ll make space for any questions you have about the therapy process. Most importantly, the first session is about getting to know one another, building trust, and creating a foundation for meaningful progress.
