Great to meet you!

I am an LPC, and an LPCS Candidate, with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and now pursuing my PhD from Cambridge University. I have 8+ years of clinical experience and have worked in a wide range of clincial settings to acquire varied expertise in the field.

My approach to therapy

I utilize person-centered counseling modalities, working with children, adults, as well as parents and families. I am grounded in the knowledge that emotions are an inevitable part of life, and how we regulate, cope, & grow through these experiences is dictated by our past experiences in relationship with others. So I want to help you better understand yourself & your life experiences to equip you with the knowledge and emotional awareness to live a life that feels authentic & fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be largely a time to get to know one another. Therapist fit is important, and so this initial session will give you an opportunity to see if you feel like we are a good fit, as well as see if my approach to your concerns aligns with your values and how you hope to address them.
