Great to meet you!

In addition to my work as a licensed therapist, I have over 15 years of experience supporting children, adults, couples, and families in a variety of mental health and community settings. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of childhood experiences. My passion is helping cycle breakers heal old wounds, build healthier relationships, and create lives that feel more connected, intentional, and authentic.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be seen with compassion instead of judgment. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, blending attachment-based, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approaches to help you understand your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a place to start. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, explore what you hope will be different, and begin making sense of your story together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little less alone than when you walked in.
