Hi there! I’m Hannah and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor here in Florida. I believe the therapy room is a space where curiosity and compassion work together to help people heal, grow, and better understand themselves and their loved ones. Together, we will explore your thoughts and emotions and the history that may have tied them up in knots. Starting with a tangled ball of yarn, we’ll lean into the alchemy of therapy and spin it into gold.
I use tools like Cognitive Processing Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, and Mindfulness tools to help clients work through past trauma and build strong, healthy relationships in the present. When working with kids, I translate the above into age appropriate play therapy. I’m also an adoption specialist (by training and personal experience) bringing unique insights to individuals and families who came together through the process of adoption.
