Great to meet you!

I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. Since earning my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology in 2022, I’ve gained over three years of practical and clinical experience across schools, community agencies, and private practice. I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, and major life transitions. I provide telehealth services, creating a safe, empathetic space where you can be heard, supported, and guided toward meaningful change. My approach is rooted in strength-based, trauma-informed care, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. I have completed Level One Gottman training and recent training in CBT for Anxiety, allowing me to support both individual and relational growth. I am passionate about helping clients build clarity, resilience, and balance, particularly youth and underserved communities.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, person-centered approach tailored to your needs. With a strong foundation in CBT, I also draw from DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and strength-based techniques to support healing and growth. I have completed Level One Gottman training, recent training in CBT for Anxiety, and trauma-informed care. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, self-harm, substance use, or grief, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to help you find clarity, balance, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered. I work collaboratively to help individuals better understand themselves, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. Using a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, self-harm, or life transitions, my focus is on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can build resilience, gain clarity, and develop practical tools to carry into everyday life.
