Great to meet you!

I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Georgia and Pennsylvania. Since earning my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology in 2022, I have gained over four years of clinical experience across community-based settings and private practice.

I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I provide telehealth services, creating a supportive and empathetic space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward meaningful change.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Person-Centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed care, incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. I have also completed Level One Gottman Method training and additional training in CBT for Anxiety, strengthening my ability to support both individual and relational growth.

I am passionate about helping clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, confidence, and balance while building practical skills they can carry into their everyday lives.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, person-centered approach tailored to your needs. With a strong foundation in CBT, I also draw from DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and strength-based techniques to support healing and growth. I have completed Level One Gottman training, recent training in CBT for Anxiety, and trauma-informed care. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, self-harm, substance use, or grief, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to help you find clarity, balance, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered. I work collaboratively to help individuals better understand themselves, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. Using a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, self-harm, or life transitions, my focus is on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can build resilience, gain clarity, and develop practical tools to carry into everyday life.
