Hi, I’m Hannah Paduano (she/her), a licensed creative arts therapist (LCAT, ATR) and psychotherapist currently practicing at the Rochester Center for Sexual Wellness. I hold a Master of Science degree in Creative Arts Therapy from Nazareth College and am pursuing certification in sex therapy. My approach is holistic and client-centered, rooted in the belief that each person holds the wisdom they need to heal and grow.
In my practice, I integrate talk therapy, somatic principles, and the creative process to support clients in exploring their inner world and navigating life’s complexities. I specialize in working with individuals and couples on issues related to sexuality, intimacy, relationships, anxiety, and identity. I am kink-informed, affirming of ethical non-monogamy, and welcoming of all relationship structures and walks of life.
