Great to meet you!

My name is Hannah Pollok. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. For the last several years, I have worked with women, couples, and LGBTQIA+ individuals and I have helped them with various issues such as navigating a potential Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) diagnosis, exploring neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder), working with OCD, chronic illness/health issues, processing relationships and polyamory, and exploring gender identity/sexuality. Let's work together towards growth and healing!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is positive and holistic, incorporating several models of therapy to best fit your unique needs and goals. I think it is important for every client to find balance in their life, starting with self care. We will work together towards change.

What you can expect from me

My clients often tell me that they feel heard and understood after our fist session. I try my best to build rapport in the first session, assessing your needs, goals and strengths, while getting to know you and hear your story! We will go at the pace you are comfortable with, and by the end of the session, we will have set some achievable goals!
