Great to meet you!

Therapy should cultivate space to explore one’s truths, navigate challenges, and enhance resilience. My passion is empowering clients to embrace their authentic self and become their own best advocate. I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive and affirming environment where clients feel supported but also valued. I work with many individuals who are experiencing stress, anxiety, major life transitions, relationship tension, caregiver burnout, or trauma.

My approach to therapy

With nearly 10 years of social work experience, I bring a variety of knowledge in medical social work, mental health case management, child and adolescent therapy, veteran services, court services, and foster care/adoption.

What you can expect from me

In my practice, I integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), relational therapy (RT), and other modalities to create a therapeutic alliance that respects each client’s unique journey. If you’re seeking a compassionate partner on your healing journey, I invite you to reach out for a consultation at no cost.
