Great to meet you!

As a marriage and family therapist, I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to help you move toward greater clarity, connection, and peace in your life. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to show up as your full self. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, meaning I build on the abilities and resilience you already have while helping you navigate the challenges that feel stuck or overwhelming. I tailor therapy to each individual or family, drawing from evidence-based practices to meet your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a space where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply. I often act as a mirror, helping you see your inner experiences more clearly so that you can approach them with greater awareness and compassion.

Alongside this insight, I offer practical tools-- such as coping skills and relationship strategies-- to help you navigate day-to-day challenges. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck and gently challenge beliefs that no longer serve you.

I also support clients in trying new ways of responding outside of sessions, especially when working through patterns of fear or avoidance.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and its completely okay if you're unsure where to begin. In our first session, we'll take things at your pace. I'll help guide the conversation so we can explore what's been going on and what you're needing right now.

My focus is on creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and not judged. By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer sense of how I work and what working together might look like.
