I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my Masters of Social Services from The Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research at Bryn Mawr College (2019). I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University, SUNY (2012). I am trained and have been certified as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (2021). I am certified in Yoga RYT-200(2014), and in Reiki 1 and 2 (2012).
I take a warm and relational approach, helping you feel less alone. I use my strengths as a creative and holistically minded human to help you navigate life's biggest challenges. I enjoy utilizing an eclectic approach with multiple modalities, but my clients especially benefit from my use of Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
I help my clients gain greater perspective in their lives and aim to create simple solutions to problems that feel unmanageable. After sessions, my clients often report that they feel lighter and can see things with more clarity, and have a greater ability to treat themselves with more compassion.
