I specialize in supporting women, parents, and individuals navigating perinatal and maternal mental health concerns, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family stress, and neurodivergence. Using evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices, I help clients develop resilience, self-compassion, and meaningful progress toward their goals.
