Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I believe in practicing unconditional positive regard. I view myself as a sounding board, an educator, a witness to your experiences and emotions, an advocate, a cheerleader and a safe place to learn more about yourself. Every client is a unique tapestry of experiences and my approach each client’s treatment mirrors their individual needs.

My approach to therapy

I work from a person-centered and relational approach. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship between my clients and myself is key for success. I prioritize emotional processing in sessions, brainstorming solutions to current problems and providing recourses like coping skills or tools to improve daily life. You are an expert on your life and I am here to support you on your wellness journey.

What you can expect from me
